Shiloh
All Saturday AND Sunday games will start at 12:00 Noon.

Bethesda
All Saturday AND Sunday games will start at 11:00 AM. ACPL games will be completed and the field will be available by 10:55 AM for TCL games.

All other fields will commence games at 10:30 AM.

The toss should be completed at least 15 minutes before the start time for the game. If there is any delay in starting the game, the game MUST be reduced by one over (in each inning) for every 10-minute delay. Umpires should ensure that the games are started and completed within the stipulated period. The rules state that minimum of 7 players from the two teams be present latest by the start time. There is a 30 minute period beyond the start time to bring in at least 7 players to start the match, failing which it would be a forfeit. However, every 5 minute delay from scheduled start time shall attract a reduction of 1 over (upto 6 for the max 30 min delay) for the side who is short from their batting. Umpires please keep this in mind along with other rules on conduct, rain scenarios etc...
